I'll keep this Poll open and it'll be ungoing. LION {African | Asiatic}Ranges 330 - 550 lbs (150 - 250 kg). Common averages are 380 - 420 lbs (170 - 190 kg). TIGER {Siberian | Bengal}Ranges 400 - 660 lbs (180 - 300 kg). Common averages are 440 - 480 lbs (200 - 220 kg). I removed the mane from the lion and the coloring from the both cats to show the overall body shape to scale:  |

actually, the range in weight between these two should be equal. there are cases of captive bengal tigers weighing as little as 349 lbs, and a wild specimen weighing as little as 318 lbs. they are no bigger than lions, and their length is 9 ft.
so, a more likely range would be 350-500 lbs, for both animals, as an animal much over 500 lbs, or 600, for that matter, is a very big animal, though both can reach such sizes.

I favor the lion like I always have. If both are willing to kill one another though, its a toss up. It all goes down to who has more gas in the tank, who will make a mistake first, who will give up first, ect.
