i cant find out how to add my own picture

i dont know what im doing wrong but ill tell u what im doing
i found a picture so i clicked on it then i copyed the website on top which was
www.snap-shot.com/picpages/00pics.shtml?leo7.jpg
then i copyed that on the custom picture then i put change profile

i dont know some pictures dont work i guess or it might be to big try to find another smaller picture see if it works
